リリース申請前の事前チェック項目
EROLABSにゲームをリリースいただく際には、下記の基準および準備項目を満たしている必要がございます。すべての基準を満たしていることが確認できた段階で、EROLABSとの技術連携および関連対応のご案内を差し上げます。

1. ゲームクライアントに関する要件
(1) ゲームが各端末上で安定して動作し、著しいバグ・不具合がないこと
(2) 仮素材のままのコンテンツや、肖像権・著作権・名誉権等を侵害する可能性のある素材が含まれていないこと
(3) 明確・十分なチュートリアル、各種操作ガイドが実装されていること
(4) ショップ（課金）関連機能、課金導線が正常に機能しており、購入処理が正常に行えること
(5) 各対応言語において、キャラクター名・アイテム名・商品項目などの各種テキストが自然な表現で統一されており、誤解を生まない翻訳品質であること

2. 技術面に関する要件
(1) 対象デバイス（主にAndroid・iOS）の最新OSバージョンで動作確認済みであること
(2) ゲームの動作中に頻繁なクラッシュ、接続エラー、または重大なパフォーマンス低下が発生しないこと。

リリース確定後の対応フロー
リリース可能と確定した場合、EROLABS側より技術連携に関する資料と接続パラメータを提供いたします。貴社側でのQAテストを経て、正確なデータ送信・API動作が確認された後、正式版アプリの受け取り・リリース準備を進めさせていただきます。
※市場動向により、追加で対応が必要となる場合もございます。その際は、別途ご相談の上、進行方法をご案内いたします。

リリース前の審査について
ゲーム提出後、当プラットフォームの審査チームが内容を確認いたします。
下記のようなケースが見られた場合、修正対応を実施いただく必要があります。

• 掲載に必要とされる条件を満たしていない場合
• ゲーム内に著しい異常動作やバグが確認された場合
• 翻訳に誤りや整合性の欠如が確認された場合

修正後、再審査にて問題が解消されたことが確認でき次第、配信スケジュールの調整に進みます。

リリース後の運用について
ゲームリリース後、安定したサービスの提供を目的として、デベロッパー側には引き続き運用状況の監視と対応をお願いしております。

• 致命的なバグや不具合が発生し、迅速な対処が困難な場合
• EROLABS利用規約や運営ポリシーに抵触した場合

上記に該当する際は、一時的に配信を停止させていただく場合がございます。問題が解消され、引き続き正常なサービス提供が可能であると当社にて確認でき次第、再配信のご案内を差し上げます。

ゲームリリース用素材について
ゲームサービス開始日の28日前までに、「ゲームリリース用素材に関するご案内」に沿った必要素材一式をご提出ください。

※提出前に、すべての素材が規定を満たしていることをご確認ください。
※案件ごとの協議内容に基づいてご案内内容を調整させていただく場合があります。

USER AGREEMENT

This Agreement governs your access and use of software products offered by EROLABS ("EROLABS", "we", "us"), and related updates, upgrades and features as well as online and mobile services, features, content, forum and websites (including but not limited to official website, facebook fan club) offered by EROLABS (collectively as "EROLABS Services").

BY USING EROLABS SERVICES, YOU ARE DEEMED TO HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY AND AGREED TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT DOWNLOAD OR USE EROLABS SERVICES.

IF YOU ARE A MINOR, YOU SHALL NOT USE OR CONTINUE TO USE THE SERVICES.

If the laws of your country/region are different from the USER AGREEMENT of EROLABS, you should stop using EROLABS services. EROLABS is not responsible for the laws in your country/region.

We reserves the right, at its discretion, to change, modify, add or remove any portion of these terms, its Privacy Policy and other relevant policies developed by us (collectively as “Policies”)at any time by posting the amended terms on the EROLABS Services. You will be deemed to have accepted such changes by continuing to use the Service. If at any point you do not agree to any portion of the then-current version of Policies, rules or codes of conduct relating to your use of EROLABS Services, you must immediately stop using EROLABS Services.

1. Account
Before accessing or using the Service, including browsing any EROLABS website or accessing a game, you may be required to directly register an account to access and use EROLABS Services. You agree and understand all the information you provide, as required for registering your Account, should be truthful, current, complete and accurate.

You are solely responsible for any activity that occurs in your Account and maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. You agree to promptly notify EROLABS of any unauthorized use of your Account and modify your Account login information. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to keep your Account safe and secure.

2. Grant of License.
EROLABS grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable and limited license to access and use EROLABS Services for your own non-commercial entertainment purposes. You agree not to use EROLABS Services for any other purpose.

3. Restrictions on Use.
The following restrictions apply to the use of EROLABS Services:

• If you are a minor, you shall not use or continue to use the services. You accept full responsibility for any unauthorized use of the Service by minors.
• You confirm that you are at least 18 years old in your country/region or you have reached the age that your country/region required to be able to accept adult content, and that you are fully able to complying with these terms of use in country/region required. If you are under 18, you should stop using this service immediately. You also agree that the country/region where you access our service does not prohibit.
• You shall not (or attempt to) purchase, sell, rent or give away your Account, create an Account using a false identity or information, or on behalf of someone other than yourself; You shall not use the Service if you have previously been removed by EROLABS, or previously been banned from playing any EROLABS game.
• You shall use your Account only for non-commercial purposes; You shall not use the Service to advertise, or solicit, or transmit any commercial advertisements, including chain letters, junk or spam e-mail or repetitive or misleading messages to anyone.
• You shall not (or attempt to) purchase, sell, rent or give away your Account.
• You shall not transfer or attempt to transfer any Virtual Money and/or Virtual Goods (defined below) to anyone else.
• You shall not in any way use EROLABS Services if your Account have previously been removed, suspended, or terminated by EROLABS, or previously been banned from playing any EROLABS game.
• You shall not use EROLABS Services to advertise, or solicit, or transmit any commercial advertisements, including chain letters, junk or spam e-mail or repetitive or misleading messages to anyone.
• You shall not modify, disrupt, attack, or interfere with or otherwise adversely affect EROLABS Services, or EROLABS’s servers, networks or systems.
• You shall not violation of child pornography, pornography, obscene objects and other related laws and regulation.
• You shall not act in a manner that may negatively affect other users' experience when using EROLABS Services or playing EROLABS 's games, including but not limited to cheating, using bots, win trading, manipulating rankings or scores, taking advantage of errors in EROLABS Services.
• You shall not circumvent, deactivate or otherwise interfere with any technological measure, software protection mechanisms or security related feature of EROLABS Services.
• You shall not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, decode, decipher or otherwise attempt to derive the source code from any EROLABS Services.
• You shall not use EROLABS Services in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• You shall not do any other uses of EROLABS Services that we have reasonable grounds to believe it is inappropriate.

4. Termination and Account Removal
You may terminate this Agreement and remove your Account at any time and for any reason by contact us that you wish to this Agreement and remove your Account.

You understand and agree that if you terminate this Agreement and remover your Account, or if we terminate this Agreement and remove your Account in accordance with these terms, you may lose access to any data previously associated with your Account (including, without limitation, your user name, persona data, your game progress, the level or score you have reached in using EROLABS Services and any Virtual Money or Virtual Goods (defined below) associated with your Account). We reserve the right to remove register account that has been inactive for 1 year, and remove non-register account that has been inactive for 6 months. You can apply for account recovery, but we do not guarantee any possibility of recovery.

Were serves the right to stop offering and/or supporting EROLABS Services or a particular game or part of EROLABS Services at any time, at which point your license to use EROLABS Services or a part thereof will be automatically terminated. In such event, EROLABS shall not be required to provide refunds, benefits or other compensation to users in connection with such discontinued Service.

5. Privacy Policy
We take your privacy very seriously, and we collect process and use the information gathered through your login and other uses of EROLABS Services, in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Furthermore, we will take reasonable and appropriate security measures to protect your personal information and privacy according to applicable law. For further information please see the Privacy Policy If the laws of your country/region are different from the PRIVACY POLICY of EROLABS, you should stop using EROLABS services. EROLABS is not responsible for the laws related to Personal Data (Information) Protection Act in your country/region..

6. Intellectual Property
You acknowledge that all copyright, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights in and relating to EROLABS Services are owned by or licensed to EROLABS.

NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY HEREIN, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOU SHALL HAVE NO OWNERSHIP OR OTHER PROPERTY INTEREST IN ANY OF EROLABS SERVICES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITIED TO YOUR ACCOUNT, ANY VIRTUAL MONEY, OR VIRTUAL GOODS,AND YOU FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT ALL RIGHTS IN AND TO YOUR ACCOUNT ARE AND SHALL FOREVER BE OWNED BY EROLABS.

7. Virtual Money and Virtual Goods
EROLABS Services may include virtual currencies, such as coins, points, diamonds (hereinafter referred to as "Virtual Money") and virtual items, goods or services for use in EROLABS Services (collectively, "Virtual Goods"). Virtual money and Virtual Goods may be purchased from us for real money, obtained through game play within the games or obtained through interaction or participation with certain authorized partners. Virtual Money and Virtual Goods may not be exchanged for real money, goods or other items of monetary value from us or any other party.

We reserve the right to control, regulate, change, revise the pricing of any Virtual Money or Virtual Goods offered through EROLABS Services, at any time, without any liability to you.

Here at EROLABS, we neither store, nor have access to any of your credit card information. That’s because the payment transactions themselves are completed through Third-party payment or any payment channel via your personal email address or ID associated with that account. So, for inquiries related to transactions or to report suspected fraud, please contact either Third-party payment or any payment channel.

As with anything related to the Internet, always keep your passwords to yourself and consider changing them on a regular basis. EROLABS will never ask you for your game account password(s) or credit card information.

If you want to make an in-app purchase, the safest way is to do it through the game itself on your mobile device. To further protect yourself from fraud, make sure to avoid any third party sellers that may collect your personal information, money, or both in return for promised in-game products. Selling, redeeming or trading virtual in-game currency is otherwise not allowed by our Terms of Service.

8. Contents
Any conversations, messages and communications between you and other users, or any images, sounds, material, posts, uploads, or any other submissions made available via EROLABS Services are collectively referred to as “Contents”. All intellectual property rights vested in Contents are and shall remain in you or your licensor. You are willing to grant EROLABS a worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive, irrevocable, transferable, royalty-free license, to use, adapt, modify, transmit, copy, publish, display, and otherwise exploit Contents on and through EROLABS Services.

You represent and warrant that any and all Contents you upload, transmit, submit or otherwise make available via EROLABS Services, whether Contents is published publicly or privately, and the license you grant to EROLABS, will not infringe copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, moral rights, or other intellectual property rights, or other proprietary rights of any other parties, or violate any applicable law or regulation, and you understand and acknowledge that you are solely responsible for any and all Contents that you make available via EROLABS Services.

You agree not to transmit or otherwise make available any Contents:

• that are untrue, obscene, defamatory, abusive, harmful, hateful or any violation of public order and morals;
• that infringe the fame, privacy, intellectual property right, or other proprietary rights of any party;
• that contain viruses or any other computer code, files or programs that will interrupt, interfere with or otherwise adversely affect EROLABS Services, or EROLABS’s servers, networks or systems.
• that are in violation of any applicable law and regulation.

For the avoidance of doubt, we are entitled to remove any Contents from EROLABS Services if we decide at our sole discretion.

9. Breach of this Agreement
You understand that we are entitled to take actions, such as suspend or remove your Account, modify or remove Virtual Money or Virtual Goods from your Account, or modify your level or score you have reached in EROLABS Services, whether individually or in combination, if you fail to, or we suspect that you fail to, comply with any terms of this Agreement, without prior notice to you. No refunds, compensation or reimbursement will be given, and you agree to compensate us, for any and all losses, harm, claims and expenses that arise from any breach of these terms by you.

10. Maintenance of EROLABS Services
You acknowledge and understand that we will do our best to ensure that the Service is fully operational at all times, but we are not responsible for any temporary interruptions, breakdowns, or errors in using the Services arising from factors outside of our control.

11. Third Parties’ Link and Advertisement
You acknowledge and understand that if EROLABS Services contain links or advertisements to third party websites or services which are not controlled by us, we do not guarantee the validity, accuracy, legitimacy, authenticity or safety of such links or advertisements, and we will not be liable for the conduct of third parties.

12. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS FOR YOUR USE, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND THOSE ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. EROLABS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT YOU WILL BE ABLE TO ACCESS OR USE EROLABS SERVICES AT THE TIMES OR LOCATIONS OF YOUR CHOOSING; THAT EROLABS SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE; THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED; OR THATEROLABS SERVICES ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

13. Limitation of Liability
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW,EROLABS SHALL NOT BEARABLE TO YOU FOR ANY SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF EROLABS SERVICES, REGARDLESS OF ANY NOTICE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. AND YOU FURTHER AGREE THAT EROLABS’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US DURING THE LAST MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT CAUSING THE LIABILITYIF THE WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS OR LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY SET FORTH IN THIS AGREEMENT ARE FOR ANY REASON HELD INVALID, UNENFORCEABLE OR INAPPLICABLE

14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold us, our officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures and employees harmless from any claim, demand, damages or other losses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, asserted by any third-party, resulting from or arising out of your use of EROLABS Services, or any breach by you of this Agreement.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EROLABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE OR OTHER SIMILAR DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF REVENUES, LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES (HOWEVER SUCH LOSSES ARE QUALIFIED), ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING IN ANY WAY TO THESE TERMS OF SERVICE OR THE SERVICE ITSELF, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT EROLABS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. TO THE EXTENT NOT PROHIBITED BY LAW, EROLABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR MORE THAN THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO EROLABS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THESE TERMS OF SERVICE IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE DATE ON WHICH YOU FIRST ASSERT A CLAIM. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID ANYTHING TO EROLABS DURING SUCH TIME PERIOD, YOUR SOLE REMEDY (AND EROLABS 'S EXCLUSIVE LIABILITY) FOR ANY DISPUTE WITH EROLABS IS TO STOP USING THE SERVICE AND TO CANCEL YOUR ACCOUNT.

NOTHING IN THESE TERMS OF SERVICE SHALL AFFECT THE STATUTORY RIGHTS OF ANY CONSUMER OR EXCLUDE OR RESTRICT ANY LIABILITY RESULTING FROM GROSS NEGLIGENCE OR WILLFUL MISCONDUCT OF EROLABS OR FOR DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY ARISING FROM ANY NEGLIGENCE OR FRAUD OF EROLABS.

15. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for any loss or damage of any incurred as a result of any leakage, lost, stolen or alteration of the data caused by hackers’ attack, computer viruses, or other network lines problem. However, we will endeavor to restore any affected EROLABS Services as soon as we can.

Privacy Policy

EROLABS and its websites, games and other applications ('EROLABS', 'we', 'our' or 'us') believe that your privacy is very important. This Privacy Policy ('Policy') outlines the personally identifiable information and other data that we will collect from you through the websites (including official website, Facebook fan club), games and applications we provide ('Websites/Apps' or 'Services'), and how we will use and when we might disclose such information and data to third parties. Your use of these Websites/Apps and/or submission of information to us constitute your consent to this Privacy Policy and the processing of your information (personal and non-personal) as described in this Policy. Please note that the scope of this Policy is limited to information and data collected or received by EROLABS through your use of the Services. EROLABS is not responsible for the actions of third party people or companies, the content of their sites, the use of information or data you provide to them, or any products or services they may offer. Any link to those sites does not constitute our sponsorship of, or affiliation with, those people or companies.
By downloading, accessing and/or playing our games, or interacting with our websites or other Services, you are deemed to have read, completely understood and agreed to every term and every arrangement of this Policy. You shall understand that this Policy constitutes part of a legally binding contract between you and EROLABS, and if you do not accept any terms of the Policy, you shall immediately cease using any of the Services.
We are entitle to modify or amend the contents of the Policy, and inform you via push notification in the Services, sending email or in any other way we think appropriate at any time. Any modifications and amendments to this Policy shall be effective immediately upon notice to you, so we suggest you take notice of such modifications and amendments. By continuing to use the Services after the Policy has been modified or amended, it is deemed that you have read, understood and agreed to accept such modification or amendment.
If the laws of your country/region are different from the PRIVACY POLICY of EROLABS, you should STOP using EROLABS services, we only collect the information and/or data from you by our PRIVACY POLICY, and it may be different from the Personal Data Protection Act of your country/region.

Personal Information We Collected
We may collect the following information and/or data from you:
When you register as a member of EROLABS or using our Services, we will, to confirm identity, provide member services and relevant marketing needs, collect your following information or data:

• Your contact information (such as name and email address)
• Your profile information (such as profile photo, gender, age or birthday, links to profiles on other social networking websites)
• Automatically collected data (such as IP Address, your device is operating system, browser type and language)
• Mobile device identifiers (such as your unique device ID (persistent/non-persistent, hardware type, medial access control ('MAC') address, international mobile equipment identity ('IMEI'), and your device name
• General location information for the purpose of providing you with the correct version of the application
• Precise-geo-location information from your mobile device (but only with your express consent)
• Game data (such as your interactions with the game and with the other players inside the game via server log files, your player ID)

Tracking Technologies
We and our marketing and outsourcing partners, affiliates, or analytics service providers use technologies such as cookies, beacons, scripts, and tags to identify a user is computer/device and to 'remember' things about your visit, such as your preferences or a user name and password.

Other Collection Practices
The Services may include social media features (“Features”), such as the Facebook like button and widgets or interactive mini-programs that run on the Websites/Apps. These Features may collect your IP address, which page or part you are visiting on the Websites/Apps, and may set a cookie to enable the Feature to function properly. These Features are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly by us. Your interactions with these Features may governed by the privacy policy of the third-party company providing it.
EROLABS may offer you the opportunity to invite your contacts from a social network service (such as your Facebook friends) so that those contacts can be located in the Websites/Apps and/or you can invite them to join you in the Websites/Apps. Such contact information will be used only for the purpose of sending communications to the addressee. You or the third party may contact us to request the removal of this information from our database to the extent EROLABS stores any of this information.
We may also acquire information from you through (1) your access and participation in message boards on the Services, (2) your participation in surveys regarding the Services or (3) your participation in a sweepstakes or contest through the Services.
We may provide you the opportunity to participate in a sweepstakes or contest through the Services. If you participate, we will request certain personal information from you. Participation in these sweepstakes and contests are voluntary and you therefore have a choice whether or not to disclose your information. The requested information typically includes contact information (such as name and shipping address), and demographic information (such as zip code).
We use this information to notify winners and award prizes, to monitor traffic or personalize the Services. We may use a third-party service provider to conduct these sweepstakes or contests; that company is prohibited from using your personal information for any other purpose.

How We Use Your Information
We use your information to create your account, provide Services to you, improve the Services, contact you, conduct marketing and research and create reports for internal use. We use information collected through the Services for purposes described in this Policy or disclosed to you in connection with the Services. For example, we may use your information to:

While you are browsing our websites (“Sites”), the operating system of your computers/devices, Internet Protocol (IP) address, access times, browser type and language and referring Sites addresses may be logged automatically. We may use this information to monitor, develop and analyze your use of the Services.
We may ask you to submit and we may process data that is personal to you, including but not limited to your name, profile photo, gender, age or birthday, links to your profiles on social networking websites and other third party sites, user names and e-mail and mail addresses. We may use this information to create a user profile and provide you Services.

Forums and Private Messages
Our Sites offer publicly accessible blogs, private messages, or community forums. You should be aware that any information you provide in these areas may be read, collected, and used by others who access them. To request removal of your personal information from our blog or community forum, please contact us. In some cases, we may not be able to remove your personal information, in which case we will let you know if we are unable to do so and why.

Customer Service
We may use your email address to contact you about your gaming experience with EROLABS games and notify you about company news and promotions.
If you no longer wish to receive certain email notifications you may opt-out at any time by following the unsubscribe link located at the bottom of each communication or by emailing us with the contact information provided in this policy.
Your mailing address may be used if we have merchandise or other physical promotional materials that we want to send to you. If you no longer wish to receive these types of promotional materials, you may opt-out from receiving them at any time by emailing us with the contact information provided in this policy.

Third Party Services
The Services may contain third party tracking and data collection and analytics tools from the Services providers, examples of which include Google Analytics and Mobile App Tracking by Tune. Such third parties may use cookies, APIs, and SDKs in the Services to enable them to collect and analyze user and device related data and information on our behalf. The third parties may have access to and collect data and information about you, such as your device identifier, MAC address, IMEI, locale (specific location where a given language is spoken), geo-location information, IP address, application usage, access and session times, applications present on the device or in use at a particular time on the device, and your viewing of and interactions with advertising, for the purpose of providing their services, including, for example, enabling, providing and delivering advertising as described in further detail below..
The privacy policies of the Services providers may include additional terms and disclosures regarding their data collection and use practices and tracking technologies, and we encourage you to check those privacy policies to learn more about their data collection and use practices, use of cookies and other similar tracking technologies.

Mobile Applications
When you use any of the EROLABS games or applications on a mobile platform, we may record certain information and data. This information is useful to us for troubleshooting and helps us understand usage trends and improve and optimize the Services and your user experience, and may also be utilized for other purposes, such as interest-based advertising as described elsewhere in this Policy.
In addition, we create a unique user ID to track your use of the Services. This unique user ID is stored in connection with your profile information to track the EROLABS games you are playing.
We may occasionally send you push notifications through our mobile applications to send you game updates, high scores and other service related notifications that may be of importance to you. With only your express consent, we or our partners may collect your precise location based information (GPS) for the purpose of matching you with opponent players in your local area, to tailor content specific to your area (such as event announcements), to show your location to other players, and to match your device location to certain points of interest for purposes of interest based advertising as described elsewhere in this Policy. Other players in our game may then be able to see that you are available to play a game when you participate in specific areas of our games. Please note, participation in this part of the Services is not a requirement for all game play in our games, but it may be a requirement with others in your area.

Advertising
We may feature advertisements in our games and elsewhere, both ourselves and with the help of our partners, and collect and use data and information about you and your device (including the presence of applications on the device or in use at a particular time on the device) in connection with such advertising, including your viewing of and interaction with any such advertising, in order to deliver, enable, target and optimize advertising and promotional information that is more relevant to you and is based on your game and device usage, online behavior and interests (this is commonly referred to as online behavioral or interest based advertising).

ECoin Terms of Service

1. Purpose
1) The ECoin (hereinafter referred to as the "ECoin") used to make purchases within EROLABS工口実験室. You shall only purchase ECoin from the EROLABS (hereinafter referred to as "EROLABS").
2) The Terms of Service and Privacy Policy shall also form part of this agreement.

6) We reserves the right, at its discretion, to change, modify, add or remove any portion of these terms, its ECoin Terms of Service and other relevant policies developed by us (collectively as "Policies")at any time by posting the amended terms on the ECoin Terms of Service. You will be deemed to have accepted such changes by continuing to use the Service. If at any point you do not agree to any portion of the then-current version of Policies, rules or codes of conduct relating to your use of ECoin Terms of Service, you must immediately stop using ECoin Services.

2. Purchase and Charge
1) Users shall purchase and counting ECoin by the rules established by the EROLABS.
2) EROLABS only sells ECoin on the 『EROLABS 工口実験室』 operated by the EROLABS. Any other ECoin obtained through other channels is null and void with the EROLABS, nor can it be used in the "EROLABS工口実験室".

3. Free ECoin
1) EROLABS could provide users with a free ECoin, and the term and conditions of the free ECoin will be sole determined by EROLABS.
2) The free ECoin cannot be refunded, transferred or converted into cash or any valuables.
3) If there are both ECoin and free ECoin in the user account, ECoin will be deducted first when the user uses, and then the free ECoin will be deducted when exhausted all ECoin.
4) The free ECoin will expire after 365 days from the next day after purchase.The user should use the ECoin within the expiration date; ECoin will become invalid after the expiration date.

4. Refunds
1) When purchase ECoin, users must choose carefully, confirm the items to be purchased, the item you need, and the corresponding amount, because ECoin will take effect immediately after purchase, ECoin is NON-REFUNDABLE.
2) Users should use the ECoin in their account carefully, EROLABS will not reissue ECoin for any reason.

5. Suspension / Termination of use
1) In the event of maintenance/inspection of the ECoin management system, failure, natural disasters, communication line failure or other reasons, EROLABS may suspend the use of ECoin without prior notice to the user.
2) EROLABS shall be able to suspend the use of ECoin or revoke ECoin if any of the following items apply.
1. When the user acquires ECoin by an illegal method or ECoin are acquired by an illegal method and uses it.
2. When the user violates this agreement.
3. When the ECoin are forged or altered.
4. EROLABS may sole determines stop using ECoin by reasonable reason.
5. EROLABS shall be able to issue or terminate the use of ECoin due to changes in social conditions, revision or abolition of laws and regulations, or unavoidable reasons.

6. Prohibition of transfer
The user shall not to transfer, lend, or pledge ECoin to another person in any way.

7. Limited liability
EROLABS shall not be liable for any damage or disadvantage caused to the user due to the inability to use ECoin. However, this shall not apply if the damage or disadvantage is based on the intentional of the EROLABS.
8. Changes to the rules
If EROLABS deems it is necessary to change the ECoin Terms of Service, it will change it through the website or other methods. After the change, the ECoin Terms of Service will take effect immediately, and users should check the changes to the terms of service from time to time.

9. General Terms
This Agreement contain the entire understanding and agreement among you and EROLABS with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede and cancel any and all prior oral and written agreements, terms and conditions.

This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of EROLABS assigns. Any dispute, controversy, difference or claim arising out of, relating to or in connection with this Agreement, or the breach, termination or invalidity thereof, shall be finally settled by arbitration referred to EROLABS assigns.

If we fail to exercise or perform any of right or provision under the terms of this Agreement, this will not constitute a waiver of executing such rights or provision.

If any court or competent authority decides that any of the provisions of this Agreement are invalid, unlawful or unenforceable to any extent, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
